Role Overview

Moksha Productions is seeking a high-performing Business Development qualified (or Consultant) with robust industry connections and a proven track record of acquiring brands and corporate clients for commercial and fashion productions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across campaign shoots, look books, micro-dramas, and digital content productions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new brand, agency, and D2C clients for production requirements.
Drive business growth for campaign shoots, look books, creative/commercial shoots, video content, and micro-dramas.
Pitch end-to-end creative production capabilities to brand managers, marketing heads, and agency leads.
Manage client relationships from initial prospecting through contract negotiation to deal closure.
Stay aligned with market trends across fashion, advertising, and creative production to identify emerging revenue streams.




Work closely with the internal production team to ensure project viability, accurate scoping, and seamless handover.

Requirements & Qualifications
7–8 years of core business development experience within Fashion, Advertising, Creative Production, or Media.
Established industry network and direct relationships with brands, creative agencies, fashion houses, and marketing teams.
Deep understanding of the fashion, advertising, and video/content production ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, pitching, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a history of hitting revenue goals.
