Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and optimise paid campaigns focused on driving sales, revenue, and ROI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns and improving conversion performance for brands.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Drive sales-focused campaigns for websites and e-commerce platforms.
Optimise campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and revenue growth.
Analyse performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and revenue.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.




Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience handling sales-driven or e-commerce campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
