Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI and lead generation.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Manage ad budgets and ensure effective spending.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content requirements.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Requirements:
Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
Valuable understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Solid analytical and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns preferred.
