Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Incharge to manage quality inspection activities and ensure that products meet customer requirements and company quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Quality Department and inspection team.
Monitor incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
Ensure product quality as per customer drawings, specifications, and standards.
Handle quality issues, customer complaints, and rejection analysis.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.
Coordinate with Production, NPD, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and rejection data.
Ensure proper use of measuring instruments and calibration records.
Monitor and reduce internal rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality problems.




Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems and internal procedures.
Train quality inspectors on inspection methods and quality standards.
Prepare daily and monthly quality performance reports.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Required Skills
Experience in quality management in a manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measuring instruments.
Experience in quality inspection, rejection analysis, and CAPA.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality documentation.
Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and technical knowledge.
