We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audiences, and key metrics.
Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights.
Manage and monitor clients' social media accounts.
Monitor leads and coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality.
Prepare campaign reports and maintain marketing documentation.
Coordinate with clients, creative teams,



and internal teams.
Manage ad account, billing, access, and policy-related requirements.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
Working knowledge of Google Ads and GA4.
Valuable understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
