KRA:
Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications to ensure product quality and functionality.
Test HRMS modules such as Recruitment, Employee Management, Attendance, Leave Management,Payroll, Performance Management, or Employee Self-Service.
Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Execute functional,regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.
Identify, document,track, and report software defects using bug-tracking tools.
Verify defect fixes and perform retesting to ensure issues are resolved.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
Validate application workflows, UI elements, data accuracy, and user experience.
Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on testing progress.
Ensure the application meets quality standards before release.

Required Skills and Qualifications
02 years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing.
Experience in web application or mobile application testing is mandatory.
Exposure to at least one HRMS module is preferred.
Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Knowledge of functional testing, regression testing,



smoke testing, and retesting.
Ability to write and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation is an advantage.
Valuable analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn recent technologies and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience testing any HRMS product or application.
Understanding of HR processes such as employee onboarding, leave management, attendance, payroll, or recruitment.
Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus, but not mandatory.
