Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily batch freezing operations to achieve production targets of 1012 MT.
Monitor production activities to ensure smooth operations, product quality, and adherence to standard processes.
Work as a reliever across production activities to ensure continuity of operations and support manpower requirements.
Assist in ERP postings related to production, material consumption, and other operational activities.
Maintain production records and ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily production output.
