About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and nutrition-focused Private Chef for a private residence in Juhu, Mumbai. The role involves planning and preparing fresh, wholesome vegetarian meals, such as soups, salads, and wraps for a family of two, with a robust emphasis on nutrition, balance, and presentation. Household staff are available to support the chef.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare daily vegetarian meals (mostly 2 meals) for a family of two, with a solid focus on nutrition and balance
Prepare a wholesome repertoire of soups, salads, wraps, and other light, healthy meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Plan menus in consultation with the client, adapting to her tastes, dietary preferences,



and any changes in routine
Use healthy cooking methods and mindful portioning to keep meals nutritious without compromising on flavour and presentation
Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage
Coordinate with other household staff on kitchen support, meal timings, and service

Required Experience
Minimum four years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or luxury residences
Culinary diploma or formal training in culinary arts/hospitality; knowledge of nutrition is an advantage
