Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, counselling and emotional support to patients as part of our integrated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluate patients' emotional and behavioural concerns.
Provide individual counselling and family counselling, as appropriate.
Support patients experiencing stress, anxiety, sleep-related concerns, grief and emotional challenges.
Coordinate with Ayurvedic physicians and other healthcare specialists to support patient care.
Maintain confidential patient records and counselling documentation.
Follow qualified ethics and applicable clinical guidelines.

Requirements
M.A./M.Sc.



in Clinical Psychology or another qualification applicable to the role under current RCI requirements.
Valid RCI registration is mandatory.
M.Phil. qualification preferred, subject to applicable professional requirements.
Experience in counselling, stress management, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.
De-addiction or rehabilitation experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Ayurveda and its mind-body approach is preferred.
Robust communication, active-listening and counselling skills.
Ability to conduct voice-only counselling sessions.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
