Must Have
7–12 years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
Strong hands-on QA metrics and KPI framework experience.
Experience building QA dashboards and executive reporting.
Strong Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel skills.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent reporting experience.
Solid understanding of defect lifecycle, coverage and quality KPIs.
Solid analytical and presentation skills.
Positive to Have
Advanced Power BI / data visualization.
Python / data analytics.
AI / GenAI or predictive quality analytics.
Data Lake experience.
