Production Incharge – Printing & Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Incharge responsible for independently managing shop-floor operations, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, controlling wastage, and ensuring timely completion of jobs as per production plans.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor daily production as per job priority and schedule.
Supervise printing, binding, finishing, and packing operations.
Ensure strict adherence to job cards, approved samples, specifications, and SOPs.
Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources effectively.
Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, wastage, rework, and rejection.
Ensure smooth WIP movement and timely completion of production jobs.
Coordinate with CTP, Pre-Press, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts, and Dispatch.
Resolve production bottlenecks and minimize machine downtime and delays.




Maintain daily production records and submit performance reports to management.
Enforce discipline, safety, housekeeping, and process compliance on the shop floor.
Lead production staff and ensure accountability for assigned targets.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant experience in printing, publishing, packaging, or manufacturing.
Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Production, or related field preferred.
Robust knowledge of printing and post-press processes.
Proven ability to handle manpower, production targets, quality, and deadlines.
Robust leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Key Focus: Production Target Quality Productivity Wastage Control Manpower Timely Delivery Shop-Floor Discipline Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
