Location: Pulse Medicare Hospital, Mannanthala, Thiruvananthapuram

We are looking for an energetic and well-organized PRO to enhance the hospital's public image, build robust patient relationships, and support marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors, and the public.
Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and grievances.
Promote hospital services and coordinate marketing activities.
Develop relationships with local communities, organizations, and referral sources.
Support social media promotions, events, and public awareness activities.
Improve patient satisfaction and strengthen the hospital's brand image.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; PR, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in public relations, marketing, or hospital administration preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
