Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently execute, manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives and audiences.
Monitor and optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and analytics.
Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance.
Manage lead-generation and conversion campaigns for multiple clients.




Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with creative and account teams for campaign requirements.

Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and optimisation skills.
Ability to independently execute and manage campaigns.
Agency experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
