Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, campaign optimization, ROI improvement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:

o Google Ads o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

o YouTube Ads o LinkedIn Ads
Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign KPIs such as:

o CPL o CTR o ROAS o Conversion Rate
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives.




Optimize marketing funnels and landing pages for better conversions.
Track campaigns using:

o Google Analytics o Google Tag Manager o Meta Pixel o Conversion APIs
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in lead generation campaigns.
Understanding of SEO basics and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Experience with CRM and automation tools is an advantage.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in performance marketing.
