Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity estimates and detailed BOQs for construction projects.
Calculate material quantities based on drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
Verify quantities of materials required for site work.
Prepare and review measurements, bills, and work orders.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in preparing client quotations and contractor bills.
Ensure accuracy in quantity calculations and estimation.
Requirements
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
Positive knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-off.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Valuable coordination skills and attention to detail.
