We are seeking a skilled QA(Backend automation) Engineer , Bangalore having 3+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in API and Backend Testing .
Good proficiency in Python for test automation.
Strong debugging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
Experience working with:
Kafka
Redis
Application/System Logs
Asynchronous systems
Practical experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks/scripts .
Ability to independently analyze issues, troubleshoot failures, and drive testing activities.
Strong communication and bug reporting skills.




Experience working in a product-based company is mandatory.

Good to Have
Exposure to LLM/AI testing .
Experience with production monitoring and debugging .
Hands-on experience testing distributed systems .
Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
