Lead and manage overall Plant IT operations ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure and systems.
Provide reliable IT support for plant operations including network, servers, end-user devices, CCTV, access control, and plant applications.
Ensure minimal downtime through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and timely incident resolution.
Coordinate with plant operations, engineering, and corporate IT teams to support production and business continuity.
Manage IT incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee vendor management, AMC coordination, and service delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain asset inventory, documentation, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead and mentor onsite IT support staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support implementation of current IT projects, upgrades, and digital initiatives within the plant.
