Role & responsibilities
Execute Peptide Synthesis and manufacturing activities as per approved batch Manufacturing Records ( BMR).
Handle Peptide Synthesis Equipment, reactors and associated process equipment.
Perform Solid - Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) Operations, If Applicable.
Monitor Process Parameters and maintain process documentation.
Follow CGMP, SOPs, EHS and Data Integrity Requirements.
Coordinate with QA, QC , Engineering and other relevant departments.
Ensure Proper Cleaning, Line Clearance and equipment readiness.
Maintain Production records and support investigations, deviations and CAPA.
Ensure Compliance with Safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
