: Project Manager Training Rollout & PMU Operations

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (PMU base), with regular travel to circle locations

Experience: 8–12 years overall, with 6+ years managing multi-site delivery programs

Employment type: Full-time contractual for one year

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will plan, execute and close a large multi-location program, leading a cross-functional team to deliver on time, within budget and to the agreed quality and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the integrated project plan, milestones, budget and delivery schedule.
Assign explicit tasks, owners and deadlines, and track completion through regular follow-up.
Lead, motivate and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary team and external vendors.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, reviews and escalations.
Identify and resolve risks, issues and change requests proactively.
Report progress through status reports and dashboards, and ensure formal closure and sign-off.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
MBA/PGDM in operations or project management (preferred).
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
Training or capacity-building programs,



IT or platform rollouts,service-desk operations, andfamiliarity with the power distribution sector.
Power Sector field experience(Prefered)

Skills
Project planning, scheduling and critical-path management
Budget, resource and vendor management
Risk, issue and change control
Valuable hands on knowledge of Project Management tools (MS-Project,Project Libre etc).
Tracking and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira or similar)
SLA and service-desk management.
Stakeholder communication, including with senior government or utility officials.
Fluency in English and Hindi, written and spoken; knowledge of Marwari(Prefered)
