Job Responsibilities:

As a Back-end Developer at Drip Capital, you will be responsible for:
Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining micro-services that provide time-sensitive capital to customers worldwide.
Collaborating closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and define technical solutions.
Developing risk modules to adapt to individual and market variations.




Creating and enhancing workflow automation.
Debugging issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in building low-latency, distributed systems that are scalable and reliable.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with at least one MVC framework used for back-end development, such as Ruby on Rails, Spring, Code Igniter, etc.
Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), with the ability to write optimized SQL queries and understand indexing, schema design, and query performance.
Experience in designing and building APIs, including RESTful APIs or GraphQL, with positive understanding of versioning, pagination, authentication, and best practices.
Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, including object-oriented design, abstractions, and system design.
Passion for building well-engineered, reusable back-end components with high-quality code.
