Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement of construction and interior materials as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts teams for material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Maintain purchase orders, invoices, vendor records, and procurement documentation.
Monitor material costs and maintain effective purchasing records.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchase/procurement within the Interior & Construction industry.
Good knowledge of construction and interior materials.
Robust vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Positive communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
