We are looking for a Purchase & Inventory Executive with an Accounts/Finance background to manage the company's purchasing activities while closely monitoring warehouse operations, inventory levels, stock movements, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order creation
Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in orders
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other related documents

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Supply chain or related field
Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management (preferred)
Positive knowledge of inventory control practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Positive communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
