Job Summary

Responsible for providing courteous and productive food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and attend to their food and beverage requirements.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Maintain proper table setup and cleanliness.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and service.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Clear tables and arrange service items as required.
Check and replenish necessary service items.
Follow all management rules, policies,



and instructions.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 10th / Plus Two preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in a restaurant, hotel, hospital canteen, or similar establishment will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pleasant attitude and good personal hygiene.
Teamwork and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Salary: As per applicable minimum wage / management policy Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
