Location: Project Sites (Alibag)

Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring safety standards on construction sites by implementing safety policies, monitoring compliance, and minimizing risks during execution of luxury villa and bungalow projects.

Key Responsibilities
Enforce site safety rules and regulations
Conduct daily safety inspections and audits
Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, harness, etc.)
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers
Monitor site activities to prevent accidents and unsafe practices
Maintain safety records, reports, and incident logs
Investigate accidents and recommend preventive actions




Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements

Requirements
Diploma / Certification in Safety (Industrial Safety / NEBOSH preferred)
3–8 years of experience in construction site safety
Experience in residential or villa projects preferred

Skills
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and practices
Attention to detail and hazard identification
Positive communication and training skills
Ability to enforce discipline on site

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
