Manage mechanical procurement activities in India and globally, including purchasing, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management for EPC projects.
Draft and review purchase contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and import/export documentation for international machinery shipments.
Handle sourcing, rate negotiation, purchase orders and cost-effective vendor identification.
Coordinate installation and commissioning of mechanical plant & machinery, including CNC and heavy-duty machines.
Monitor projects and coordinate with internal departments, clients and suppliers.
Ensure timely receipt, installation and commissioning of machinery and obtain necessary certificates from Railways.
Manage purchasing budgets while ensuring quality, reliability and cost optimization.
Handle multiple projects across India and travel to project sites as required.

Hands-on experience working with procurement modules in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Skills
