Ensure compliance with applicable factory safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
Monitor fire safety systems, emergency preparedness and PPE compliance.
Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and employee awareness programmes.
Ensure secure working practices for employees, contractors and visitors.
Maintain safety records, statutory registers and compliance reports.
Coordinate with departments for timely closure of safety observations.
Support environmental, health and safety (EHS) initiatives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
