Handle customer inquiries and technical requirements and coordinate internally for suitable solutions.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations to customers.
Conduct techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.
Follow up with customers for orders, purchase orders and order finalization.
Provide technical support and clarification to customers during the inquiry and order execution stage.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering and Production teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure proper execution.
Support the team in product development and new customer development.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify recent business prospects.
Visit customer sites for technical discussions, requirement understanding and business development.




Identify opportunities for current products and applications in core industries.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in technical sales, industrial sales or engineering products will be preferred.
Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
