Key responsibilities
Build a pipeline of schools, colleges and coaching institutes in your territory through field visits, calls, referrals and events.
Meet principals, owners, trustees and administrators to understand how they run attendance, fees, exams and parent communication today.
Run clear, tailored product demos of Eduflask, in person and online.
Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals.
Hit monthly and quarterly targets for demos, new institutions signed and revenue.
Keep every lead, meeting and deal stage updated in the CRM.
Hand recent customers over smoothly to onboarding and stay in touch for renewals, upsells and referrals.
Share field feedback on competitors, objections and feature requests with the product and marketing teams.
Represent Eduflask at education fairs, principal meets and school association events.

Requirements

Must have
Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
1–4 years of B2B sales experience with a record of meeting targets.




Confident communication in Hindi and English, in person and on the phone.
Comfortable with field work and local travel; own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred.
Basic comfort with CRMs, Google Sheets or Excel, and running online demos.

Valuable to have
Experience selling school ERP, EdTech, or SaaS products to schools and colleges.
An existing network of school principals, owners or education decision-makers.
Understanding of how schools handle admissions, fee collection and exams.
