Job Responsibilities

Generate life insurance business through the BFL (Bajaj Finance) channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and BFL branch teams. Generate leads through the assigned branch and convert them into insurance sales.

Explain suitable life insurance products, advantages, and features to customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication. Coordinate with the BFL team for lead generation and business development.

Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of proposals. Provide excellent customer service and support after sales.



Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in the required system.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline. experienced candidates can apply. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude. Ability to build customer relationships.
