Review analytical raw data, worksheets, chromatograms, calculations and COAs.
Verify HPLC/GC/UV and other QC test results for accuracy and compliance.
Review RM, PM, in-process, finished product and stability testing records.
Ensure compliance with approved specifications, STPs, SOPs, GMP and GDP requirements.
Identify discrepancies, OOS/OOT results and documentation errors before final approval.
Coordinate with QC analysts and QA for corrections, investigations and timely release.
* Ensure data integrity and completeness of laboratory documentation.
