Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals / Building MaterialsQualification:
Any Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B.E. – Civil Engineering)

Experience:
1–4 years of experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials industry, preferably in:
Tile Adhesives
Waterproofing Products
Industrial Flooring Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales targets of Adhesives and Tile Care products within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Applicators to drive business growth.
Identify, approach, and manage key accounts and large-scale builder projects for project-based sales prospects.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to execute strategies that ensure sustainable business growth aligned with company objectives.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical support to clients as needed.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with customers.

Skills & Competencies:
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of construction materials, tile adhesives, waterproofing systems, and related applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
