We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage the sales team, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and improve sales productivity.
Assign tasks and follow up on daily sales activities.
Handle customer and sales-related issues.
Maintain sales reports and ensure proper record keeping.
Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Motivate and support team members to achieve their targets.
Requirements
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Robust sales and team management abilities.
Target-oriented and responsible.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
