Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale SAP projects and programs.
Robust experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Experience handling complex SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and digital transformation programs.
Robust customer-facing, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams, project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery governance.
Experience managing project scope, quality, milestones, and delivery commitments.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional, onsite, and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.
Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, steering committee discussions, and executive-level reporting.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and structured project management practices is preferred.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration programs is an added advantage.
