Handle hotel, resort & private pool villa reservations from enquiry to confirmation.
Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & email.
Check availability, rates, room/villa details and coordinate with properties.
Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Manage booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations and guest requests.
Coordinate closely with hotels, resorts, villas and internal teams.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with our property partners.
Ensure all booking details, payments and confirmations are accurately updated.
Assist guests with reservation-related queries and provide quick solutions.
Handle multiple bookings and enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
