Job Summary

SeadNXT is looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Calling & Business Development Interns for a 2-month internship. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to initiate conversations, engage prospects, and conduct regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
Initiate conversations confidently and build rapport with prospects.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate call records.
Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Handle basic customer queries and address initial objections.
Encourage prospects to take the next step and convert interested leads into potential business opportunities.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently start, maintain, and close conversations.
Solid persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining data.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn sales techniques.

Eligibility
Freshers and college students are welcome to apply.
Candidates pursuing BBA, BMS, B.Com, or other relevant courses are preferred.
Candidates available for the complete November–December 2026 internship period will be preferred.
