About the Role

Drive business development and revenue growth in the North American market.

Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue growth in the North American market.
Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Contractors, Engineers, General Contractors and AEC outsourcing firms in the US.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals and existing industry relationships.
Lead the complete sales cycle — lead generation, client meetings, proposal, negotiation and closure.




Build and manage a robust pipeline of AEC/BIM/MEP opportunities.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop solutions and proposals.
Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve agreed revenue, sales and business development targets.

Qualifications BE/B Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred

Required Skills
12+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development within AEC, BIM, MEP or architectural outsourcing services.
Solid experience handling North American / US clients.
Existing network with Architects, Contractors, Engineers, General Contractors and AEC outsourcing companies.
Proven track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.
Experience in managing large accounts and/or sales teams will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in US time zones as required.
