Job Responsibilities:
Explaining customers, the different credit options available.
Develop loan application and give recommendation for approval.
Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Will be responsible to provide required service to the customers from first interaction till exit.
Giving timely collection reminders to customers.
Requirements:
Graduate Fresher OR Minimum 1 year of experience into sales of Unsecured Business Loans.
Graduation in any Stream.
Positive communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi and local language).
Open to travel in rural interiors along with solid geographical knowledge (DL & Bike Mandatory).
