Relationship Leader

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers/Officers.
Drive team performance and achieve monthly business targets.
Guide the team in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales activities.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
Handle customer relationships and support the team in resolving escalations.
Develop recent business opportunities through market visits, references, and existing customers.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and timely closure of sales.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing and service delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, and compliance requirements.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in banking/NBFC/financial services.
Prior experience in team handling and sales is mandatory.
Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with valuable team management abilities.
Knowledge of banking/financial products preferred.
