Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join the team at MyCarPresso, an auto body repair and service center. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling front-desk activities, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a smooth and skilled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and basic service-related questions.
Register customer details and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate customer appointments and service schedules with the concerned team.
Receive and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or team member.
Provide customers with basic information regarding services, offers, and estimated timelines.
Support billing, documentation, and other basic administrative activities when required.
Maintain daily customer and front-desk records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer flow and service operations.




Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives at the outlet.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager/Store Head.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduates are preferred.
Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or similar applications.
Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
