SALES COORDINATOR DEBT SYNDICATION

Salary: 15,000–20,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Company is looking for Sales Coordinators to support its loan syndication and corporate finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding their financing requirements.
Collect and organise KYC, financial and other required documents from clients.
Coordinate with clients, banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
Track loan applications and follow up on pending documents and requirements.
Maintain client, lead and transaction records.
Update CRM/MIS and prepare basic reports.
Coordinate communication, meetings and document sharing between clients and lenders.
Provide regular updates to the senior team on the status of transactions.




Assist the credit and senior advisory team in the execution of loan and finance transactions.
Maintain confidentiality of client and transaction information.

Candidate Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, loan processing or a similar field preferred.
Valuable basic communication skills in Tamil and English.
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in both languages.
Valuable follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and other office software.
Basic understanding of loans and financial documents is preferred.
Qualified attitude, discipline and attention to detail.

The role does not have fixed sales or lead targets. Performance incentives will be based on contribution, quality of work, execution and successful transactions.
