Required Skills & Qualifications

3–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, hair care, beauty, or personal care products.
Robust understanding of distribution channels, retail sales, and brand development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
Ability to develop current markets and achieve sales targets.

Recent distributor and retailer acquisition.
