: Senior Accountant

Position Title: Senior Accountant Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate general ledgers, prepare trial balances, and ensure timely entry of income, expenses, and journal vouchers.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, process invoice matching, manage customer billing, track outstanding receivables, and ensure timely collections.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare, calculate, and assist in filing GST returns, TDS deductions, and other applicable statutory taxes in accordance with financial regulations.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular daily/monthly bank reconciliations to verify statement accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Payroll Processing: Coordinate with HR to process monthly payroll, verify salary statements, calculate deductions, and disburse staff salaries accurately.
Financial Reporting & Auditing: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet), and support external/internal auditors during annual audit procedures.
Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain record schedules for fixed assets and assist in inventory valuation and verification processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or an equivalent finance degree. (Inter CA / IPCC qualification is a plus).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Skills:
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian accounting standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).
High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
