Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage client interactions, follow up on leads, discuss project requirements, understand BOQs, estimate costs, prepare quotations, and do negotiations. On-the-job training will be provided to build technical knowledge. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, open to learning, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and execution teams.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Soft Skills: Solid communication, articulate, patient, energetic, empathetic

Ability to manage multiple enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups simultaneously
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, team-driven B2B project setup
Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications (training provided)
