Role Overview The Hotel Sales Manager leads proactive sales initiatives, builds lasting client relationships, and analyzes market trends to meet financial targets. They work closely with the front office, reservations, and catering teams to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify current business leads, pitch corporate accounts, and close group or event contracts through cold calling, networking, and sales tours.
Market Analysis: Monitor local competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demands to adjust sales strategies.
Relationship Management: Maintain robust ties with travel agents, event planners, and major corporate clients.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with revenue management on pricing strategies and track sales performance using CRM tools.
Representation: Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and community functions.
