Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Lead specializing in Java and React to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications meet business requirements and are built using best practices in software development.

This position requires a strong technical background as well as leadership abilities to guide junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable web applications using Java and React.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers in the team.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define application requirements and specifications.
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve development processes.




Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Skills Required:
Robust proficiency in Java and experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router).
In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
Solid knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software development best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team and with clients.
