Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer | Bengaluru

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office, 6 days a week

We are looking for a hands-on backend engineer with solid Java and Spring Boot expertise who thrives in a startup workplace.

Technical Requirements
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs
Hands-on with MySQL, MongoDB and Kafka/RabbitMQ
Solid understanding of backend architecture, database design and debugging
Experience building, deploying and owning production systems end to end

Startup Fit — Mandatory
Prior experience working in a startup ecosystem is essential.
Must be comfortable adapting to a different, rapid-evolving startup environment.




Expected to take end-to-end ownership, work independently through ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be willing to go beyond assigned tasks and deliver solutions with a forward-deployed engineering mindset.
