810 years of experience in SAP recruitment, preferably across multiple SAP modules and domains.
Robust hands-on experience in Resource Management Group (RMG) activities, workforce planning, and resource deployment.
Expertise in demand-supply management, resource allocation, bench management, and utilization tracking.
Experience in workforce planning, resource forecasting, and matching available resources to project requirements.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Solid experience preparing MIS reports, dashboards, resource utilization reports, and management updates.
Ability to track resource availability, upcoming roll-offs, bench ageing, and deployment status.
Experience coordinating with recruitment, delivery, account management, and business stakeholders to fulfill resource requirements.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in team handling and manpower planning will be an added advantage.
