Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support finance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, statements, and financial reports.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor balances.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting transactions.
Assist with monthly closing and audit-related activities.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with vendors,



customers, auditors, and internal departments.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in accounting.
Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel .
Knowledge of GST and TDS .
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Positive analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate
Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting .
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary As per experience and industry standards.
