Location: PAN India an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and deliver scalable financial solutions. The role involves leading solution design, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end implementation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP FI/CO solution design and implementation across global operations.
Drive S/4HANA Finance transformation, including Universal Journal and Current Asset Accounting.
Conduct requirements workshops and align solutions with business objectives.
Ensure integration with SAP SD, MM, and PP modules.
Manage SAP Activate lifecycle activities from design through deployment.
Lead and mentor functional teams while ensuring delivery quality.
Required Expertise
Strong SAP FI knowledge: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
Solid SAP CO knowledge: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations, Greenfield implementations, CFIN, and TRM.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and Embedded Analytics.
10+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience.
Experience delivering at least two SAP S/4HANA implementations.
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
Robust communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
