Job Title: Senior Accountant – Premier Carpets LLP

Location: Cochin / Calicut, Kerala

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + per month, based on experience and skills

About the Company

We are hiring on behalf of an established carpet exporter shipping to Dubai and the wider Middle East. This is a growing, export-focused business that offers a reliable role with real exposure to international trade accounting.

Your Role
Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure timely, accurate bookkeeping
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle reconciliations
Manage TDS deduction, payment and return filing
Handle export documentation and accounting: invoices, shipping bills, LUT, IGST refunds and export incentives
Manage foreign currency transactions and customer receivables
Prepare monthly MIS, bank reconciliations and financial statements
Support statutory compliance, audits and coordination with the auditor and tax consultant
Handle ROC, PF/ESI and other statutory filings as required





What We’re Looking For
Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com); CA Inter, CMA Inter or MBA Finance is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
Hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
Good working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel
Preferred: Experience in an export/import-oriented firm and familiarity with export /import documentation
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet statutory deadlines
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
